real ingredients, always.
Everything we use is there for a reason - to fuel you, satisfy you, and taste really, really good.

organic jumbo oats
- Chewy texture + slow energy release
- High in fibre + gut-friendly carbs
- Organic + UK-grown - no weird stuff
We use organic jumbo oats grown right here in the UK. They’re bigger, thicker and chewier than regular oats - which means better texture, slower release energy, and way more bite.
Jumbo oats are naturally high in fibre, a good source of complex carbs, and gentle on your gut. They help keep you full for longer, support digestion, and give you steady energy without the crash. Plus, these ones are grown sustainably and without any chemicals - just clean, simple fuel for your brain and body. Thicker, chewier texture for better bite and slow-release energy

nuts we use
(and why we love them.)
- Whole + flaked nuts for crunch and texture
- Packed with healthy fats + fibre
- Good for your brain, digestion + keeping you full
We use a mix of whole and flaked nuts in our granola - including cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, macadamias and pecans. They're not just there for crunch (though they do that really well) - they’re packed with healthy fats, fibre, and slow-release energy to keep you full and fuelled.
Whole nuts help support brain function, digestion, and stable energy throughout the day. Plus, they give every bite real texture and flavour. No crushed bits, no dusty leftovers - just proper, whole ingredients that do your body (and your breakfast) good.

the seeds we use
(and why they matter.)
- Small but powerful - packed with fibre + protein
- Rich in omega-3s + essential minerals
- Support digestion, energy, brain health + more
Seeds might be small, but they pack a serious nutritional punch. We use a mix of pumpkin, sunflower, chia and golden flaxseeds - all chosen for what they bring to your body, not just your breakfast bowl.
They’re a rich source of fibre, essential fatty acids (especially omega-3s), and plant-based protein - which means they help support everything from digestion and energy levels to brain health and hormone balance. Chia and flax add anti-inflammatory benefits and keep things moving, while pumpkin and sunflower seeds offer key minerals like zinc, magnesium and iron.
Together, they make our blends more balanced, more nourishing, and more than just a snack.

dried fruit
(naturally sweet, nothing added.)
- Naturally dried - no sugar, no sulphur, no nonsense
- Adds fibre, antioxidants + slow-release energy
- Real fruit flavour + chewy sweetness in every bite
We use naturally dried fruit - no added sugar, no sulphur, and no unnecessary processing. Just real fruit, gently dried to keep its flavour and nutrients intact.
Dried fruit is a great source of natural energy, fibre, and antioxidants. It adds subtle sweetness, chew, and balance to our blends - without the need for syrups or refined sugars. It also helps support digestion and provides essential vitamins like potassium, iron, and vitamin A, depending on the fruit.
From soft dates and chewy apricots to flaked coconut and zingy goji berries, every fruit we use is there for a reason — to add something real to every bite.

fats we use
(and why they're different.)
- Clean, plant-based fats
- Supports energy + flavour (without the heaviness)
- Unrefined, nutrient-rich + way better than processed oils
We use organic virgin coconut oil and almond butter in our granola - both natural, plant-based sources of healthy fats that support energy, satiety and flavour.
Virgin coconut oil is unrefined and cold-pressed, which means it retains more of its natural nutrients and subtle coconut aroma. It's high in lauric acid, a type of medium-chain fatty acid that’s easy to digest and quickly converted into energy. Almond butter adds extra depth and richness, along with vitamin E, magnesium, and more plant-based fats and protein.
Most granolas use refined oils like sunflower or rapeseed, which are cheaper and more processed. We choose coconut oil and almond butter because they’re cleaner, richer, and better for both your body and your breakfast — no unnecessary additives, and no compromise on flavour.

naturally sweet
- We use pure maple syrup - never refined sugar
- Lower glycaemic index = no crash, steady energy
- Naturally rich in minerals + full of warm, subtle flavour
We use pure maple syrup to sweeten our granola - never refined sugar, honey, or artificial syrups. It’s naturally rich in minerals like zinc and manganese, with a lower glycaemic index than white sugar, meaning steadier energy and no sugar crash.
It also just tastes better - warm, subtle, and full of flavour. Less sweet, more satisfying.
